I am still awaiting my refund since Sept. 2010. They called the minute my check & paperwork hit their hands to say they made a mistake & we were getting a refund. After MANY calls, they told me Jan. 2011 to resubmit recent check stubs Marilyn said she could do it. I asked for my refund again. Now, no way to reach anyone & no way to see where my $4500 is.
I am definitely interested in joining a class action law suit.
